What is 316L surgical steel?

316L stainless steel is the same alloy used in medical implants and surgical instruments. It is biocompatible, hypoallergenic, nickel-free, tarnish-free, and fully waterproof. The highest standard for everyday jewelry.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All VERAMENTO pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic — safe for virtually all skin types, including the most sensitive.

Care

Can I wear it in water?

Yes. Fully waterproof. Shower, ocean, pool, gym — no problem. Rinse with fresh water after chlorinated pools.

How do I clean my jewelry?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing. For deeper cleaning, use warm water and a drop of mild dish soap, rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free tracked shipping on all orders over 1 500 CZK within the EU. Standard delivery 2–5 business days.

What is your return policy?

Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Contact hello@veramento.store to initiate.

Sizing

How do I find my ring size?

We use EU standard sizing (inner diameter in mm). Download our printable ring sizer or visit your nearest jeweler. When in doubt, size up.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects — breakage, clasp failure, finishing issues. Not normal wear or damage from misuse. Contact us and we will replace the piece.
